N52 MSV70 Linear Throttle Map (+Optional Burble Tune)

Improve your throttle response and control with a linear throttle map! This improved throttle mapping gives a closer 1:1 ratio of throttle input to engine load. Comparable to how a "Drive by Cable" throttle body feels. This allows for more control as there is a much wider range of throttle modulation. The stock throttle map has around 90% throttle opening at only 50% pedal position!

If you prefer a more jerky on/off switch throttle, this map isn't for you. However, it's must-have for canyon carvers, track drivers, higher HP cars, and drivers who just prefer more control!

Optional burble tune can be added at no additional cost. Pops and bangs may damage catalytic converters over time.

Linear throttle map alone can be flashed on stock or modified N52's.

REQUIREMENTS:
*2006 325/330 N52B30 (Will not work on any 328, or any year after 2006)
*MSV70 DME
*Professional flashing is recommended. Car should be on a proper trickle charger with seatbelt buckled while flashing. BimmerGeeks OBD2 to USB flashing cable is recommended.

*Windows laptop with working BimmerGeeks Standard Tools/INPA install required. We cannot help you setup Bimmergeeks Standard Tools, there are many guides online, or we can refer you to someone who can set it up remotely for a fee.

Warning: Your car may feel slower at first due to needing to use the entire pedal for 100% throttle. However, you will adjust to this, and your control of the throttle will be much greater
