The 22RPD ZF 8HP transmission tune for 8HP-swapped E-chassis BMWs. It isn't one generic file: each calibration is built for your engine setup (naturally aspirated, supercharged or turbo) and flashed straight to the factory ZF TCU with the standard 8HPe Quickflash.

Works with AWD and RWD and any final-drive ratio. The axle ratio is written into the calibration, so have your final-drive ratio ready when you order.
What the tune can do
- Sportier, optimized shift points
- Torque limits removed, with shift-torque management kept
- Line-pressure tuning and rescaling to correct torque reporting on forced-induction cars
- Custom rev limiter up to 8,000 rpm
- Optional true manual mode and auto-upshift
- Drag mode
- Throttle-blip rev matching on downshifts
- Kickdown deactivation
- Gear-ratio calibration for final drive and internal ratios
- Gear display in D (where supported)
- Extended launch timer (stock cuts power after about 2 seconds)
What you need
- A K-DCAN cable for the standard 8HPe Quickflash
- No CANTCU, piggyback, CANbus interface, FRM/JBE, CAS, EWS4 module or WinKFP needed
