BAVARIAN AUTO PARTS LLC RETURN POLICY

A. General Policy

Unless you have a separate written agreement with Bavarian Auto Parts LLC (“Bavarian Auto Parts”), the return of any hardware, software, or services purchased from Bavarian Auto Parts (collectively, the “Products”) is subject to manufacturer, publisher, or distributor restrictions. Such suppliers may provide limited or no return rights.

If a supplier accepts returns, you may return the applicable Product, and Bavarian Auto Parts will assist with replacement or issue a credit toward future purchases equal to the original purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees, processing fees, freight charges, or other fees permitted under this policy.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges and assume all risk of loss for return shipments. Returns are subject to the procedures and conditions outlined below. Any Product not returned within the applicable return period, or that does not meet the conditions of this Return Policy, will be deemed accepted and is not returnable.


B. Rights of Return

a. Permitted Product and Service Returns

Hardware:
Where permitted, hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts may be returned only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The Product packaging is unopened and factory sealed; and

  2. The Product is returned to and received by Bavarian Auto Parts within 30 days of the original order date.

Tune Services:
Tune services may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 48-hour cancellation window, but within 7 days of purchase, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to all services, in addition to any applicable processing, shipping, or handling fees.

If the cancellation request is made outside the 7-day window but within 30 days of purchase, tune services may only be refunded or credited under the following circumstances:

  1. Bavarian Auto Parts is unable to fulfill the order after exhausting all reasonable options; or

  2. A full refund, partial refund, or store credit is issued at the sole discretion of Bavarian Auto Parts.


b. Damaged Products

Packages that are visibly damaged must be refused at delivery. If damaged Products are accepted from the carrier, you must notify Bavarian Auto Parts within 7 days of receipt to arrange carrier inspection and pickup.

All damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery record before the driver leaves your premises. Retain the Product, original packaging, and all packing materials. Timely notification is required to file a freight damage claim and avoid delays or denial of replacement or return.


c. Order Discrepancies

All order discrepancies, including shortages, overages, or mislabeled Products, must be reported to Bavarian Auto Parts within 5 days of receipt of shipment.


d. Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

Defective or DOA Products must be reported to Bavarian Auto Parts within 10 days of receipt. Certain manufacturers or publishers may require DOA claims to be handled directly through them. In such cases, Bavarian Auto Parts will provide the applicable contact information.


e. Non-Returnable Products

The following Products are not eligible for return (non-exhaustive list):

  1. Discontinued items

  2. Special-order items

  3. Custom-configured Products

  4. Opened units or units requiring repackaging

  5. Products not in resalable condition

  6. Closeout, remanufactured, or refurbished Products

  7. Digital delivery items once any portion has been delivered or accessed


C. Return Process

All returns require a Bavarian Auto Parts Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”).

If a return meets this policy’s requirements, an RMA may be requested by emailing sales@bavautoparts.com. To expedite processing, include the invoice number, transaction ID, description of the issue, and confirmation of whether the factory seal has been broken.

Once issued:

a. RMAs are valid for 15 business days only. Authorized Products must be received within this timeframe at the facility specified in the RMA instructions.
b. RMAs cannot be extended or reissued.
c. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label only. Do not write on the Product packaging or box.
d. Bavarian Auto Parts strongly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier that provides delivery confirmation and insuring all return shipments.
e. All returns must be 100% complete, including:
  • All original packaging and packing materials
  • Original UPC codes on manufacturer or publisher packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation originally included
f. Incomplete returns may be rejected, returned to sender, or subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, at the sole discretion of Bavarian Auto Parts.
